39.5 week doctor appointment today ...
and no internal?!?! Is this normal?
They said I will have one next Wednesday (one day past my due date), with a sono.
I was expecting one today - hoping to hear some progress, and they just did the regular blood pressure, urine, heartbeat, etc.

Im going next Mon and I dont think its an internal either.
I will be 39 wks.
Then my next appt is two days after my due date.

I didn't ask why ... they just said they would do one next time. I thought it was weird, but I wasn't going to argue. I guess it won't change anything, just increases the suspense of finding out what is happening if anything.

Thats strange....my doc does one at every appt. after 35 weeks.
But....either way you are getting close!!! Can't wait to hear the details about your little one!!!
