3lbs of chopped meat
so my husband seems to think we have 20 people in our family.
he bought 3lbs of chopped meat and froze it before I could seperate it.
so what do I do with it once i defrost it?
keep in mind I am a terrible cook and need something super easy.

When you defrost it, you can separate it and make meatloaf, burgers, tacos, meatballs. Then freeze any cooked food that you won't eat right away.

When I buy that big a package, I usually divide it in half and do half with taco seasoning and half in red sauce. Then I freeze portions. You can use in the most obvious way or do casseroles,ziti,lasagna rolls, etc.

chop meat sauce, brown the meat, add tomato sauce before thr meat is cooked, this will add flavor to your sauce, use now freeze some for later

Defrost the meat in fridge...once defrosted break it up and freeze it again...I have done it before with no issues. I read online about this method and it was fine.

This is so good, make a big one and invite some friends/family over. :) Some measurements are in metric but easily converted.

I like having meatballs and chili inthe freezer so I have a dinner already prepped.
