3rd Birthday Party Theme Ideas?

It's early, though not as early as I started her 1st birthday, but I am thinkin of themes for DD's 3rd birthday party in August.

We do a backyard, home party...Her 1st birthday was Care Bears...Her 2nd Birthday was a Ladybug Picnic...

Any suggestions for 3rd birthday? She loves Nick, Jr. (Dora, Wonder Pets, Backyardigans, Max & Ruby, Little Bear, etc) as well as Strawberry Shortcake and Clifford....But I'm not 100% on doing a character party...

A good friend is doing a Circus theme for her DD/DS party the month before, so that is out...

Any suggestions!?!? TIA!!

If she likes Clifford but you don't want to do a full-on character theme (I'm the same way), you could do a puppy theme party with accents of Clifford

My DD was obsessed with puppies last year so for her 2nd b-day party I did a puppy-theme....lots of cute things (and I have a cakepan you could borrow )

Same thing with Max & Ruby...you could do a little bit of Max & Ruby and the rest could be a bunny theme or something like that.

Cupcake theme is popular for little girls. You could do one of the giant cupcake cakes...kids could decorate cupcakes.

I would incorporate all of the Nick Jr. stuff. I think that would be a really cute party.

What about a strawberry festival w/ a hint of "Strawberry Shortcake" ?
(You can do different types of strawberry desserts etc...)
