3rd Tri. Questions
So my next Drs appt is on Monday I will be almost 34 weeks. Then after that I will be going every week ... My last sono was done at 24 weeks and no more sonos after that, she doesn't plan on doing anymore.
So, I asked when my first internal is and she said at 35 weeks. Is an internal an internal sonogram or is it when they stick their whole hand in there or both? I just want to prepare my self.
If an internal sono isnt done, how to they know if my fluid is low/high/normal or how big she is measruing?
Please help! Thanks so much!!

Re: 3rd Tri. Questions
Hey...it's not an internal sonogram. She/he basically put there finger up there n check for dilation or if u are thinning out. The first time i got it done it didn't hurt but the 2nd time it did...b/c she was up there pushing. They arent that bad ..u deal with the pain. I thought it was painful until i dealt with labor n delivery..now that's painful...lol
oh n my dr never said anythin about fluids nor how big she was... i always wanted to ask but kept forgetting..everyone dr is different
