3rd trimester ladies: sharp pains?
Over the last few days, I've had some sharp shooting pains that start in my lower abdomen and go down. It's a very quick pain and I never have more than a few at a time. I tend to get them while sitting down. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I have been getting pains in my lower abdomen/pelvic area for the last few days, but mine happen more when I stand up after sitting awhile. I thought maybe it had something to do with the baby dropping??? (wishful thinking maybe?)

I have the same thing-I think it is ligaments from the babies getting heavier and dropping a bit. have you had a NST where they see if you are contracting?

No. I had a growth sono on Monday. The baby was still high. Of course I started getting these pains after my appointment, but I'll bring it up at my next appointment.
