4-6 month old mommies
What is your nap time routine? How many times a day does your DC nap? Do you use any soothing techniques?

my dc is 4 months old she wakes up between 7-8am eats, and doesn't take a nap until her 2nd feeding which is around 11:30 and sleeps for about an hour. she normally takes her naps 1/2 hr after her feedings.

my dd is almost 6 months and she gets up anywhere between 7 and 730am..eats then plays for like 1-2 hours..then she gets cranky..so she usually takes a nap by 9..then again plays eats...then nap again about 2 hours later...i would say she naps 3 times a day..sometimes cat nap in the am...longer in the afternoon..but her rule is def up for 2 hours then naps..HTH..i know i babbled

Our DD is pretty much the same.
