4 weeks post-partum and major knee pain??!!
Has anyone else experienced this?
I think it started about a week ago and it seems to be getting worse, not better. It's at a point now where I just feel so weak, almost arthritic, when I bend too much at the knee.

Mne started pre delivery and at 8 weeks PP, it's still here. It has eased up but yeah, it does feel arthritic.

Ugh, I'm sorry, it's such a problem  Have you found anything that helps or gives you more strength?? Sometimes I feel like I'm going to topple over and just collapse.

I had IT band syndrome after my first and the whole time I was preg with #2. It was so bad, finally went away when a got a shot of cortizone. then came back and went away with physical therapy.

If it continues to get worse, is worse in the morning, or you notice other koints are that sore get to a doc and ask for blood work. I was diagnoised PP with Rheumatoid Arthritis at 5months. It started about 4-6wks pp with foot pain and then just got worse and more joints started to hurt. I thought it was just planter faceitis(?). It is miserable and needs to be caught quick if that's what it is. I pray it's not that, but I wouldn't mess around with joint pain. I also read PP can bring on a "flare" and lead to diagnosis. Chances are I had it for years but having Emmy brought it out
