4 year old birthday part ideas???
Any ideas on where to have a birthday party for my son?? Other than Chuck E Cheese. The YMCA does not do parties in August. I'm kind of stuck on ideas.

My girlfriend and her sister have had parties for their kids at All American Gymnastics (I think it's in Merrick?) for the past few years. The boys keep asking to have it there over and over since they have so much fun.

AtonOFun in Holbrook is supposed to do a great party. I don't know how close that is to you??
Aton O’fun also hosts fun birthday parties for kids up to age 13 with cool, new themes including Glamour Girl, Sports, Survivor/Fear Factor, Greased Lighting and a Luau party, and fabulous activites and treats are available for all party guests. They even have an indoor “House of Bounce,” a 34 foot slide and two jump castles with a rock wall in a 4,000 square foot converted warehouse! Come make new friends and watch your child grow in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment that is A ton O’ fun!

DS was invited to a party here a few weeks ago. Pretty nice. The attendants there are very interactive with the kids, and there is a back room that has 25' high ceilings. There is a huge inflatable slide, inflatable bouncy cage, plus stuff to do in the regular part of the room.
DS also went to a gymnastics school for another classmate's party. Another great activity. Kids could run around and jump on the trampolines, etc.
We had DS's party at a Mason's hall. We covered some of the tables with plain white paper, and had different activities at each table. Chalk and matchbox cars at one, paint and stickers at another, etc. Very low-key, but the kids had a ball.
