It's an app you can download or just register on your computer. They offer different discounts on things all the time that you can add and even combine with regular store and manufacturer coupons. You just have the cashier scan your barcode when you check out and it takes off the discounts. Not sure if you can use it online since I've never tried.

40% off all maternity at target with cartwheel

Thanks for putting me on to cartwheel! I signed up online and printed out the coupon. Target in Hicksville has a very small selection of maternity clothes so I picked up a pair of black work pants for when I go back to work in September. There is also another $5 off coupon for target to print too. So the pants were $35.00 minus the 40% and minus the $5 so they came out to $16. I wish there was more stuff but nothing too exciting and a very limited selection. Are there any other better Targets with better selections for Maternity clothes?
