for NSUH girls

Can you please tell me what exactly went on at your IVF consult and also, what, if any additional tests, exams, procedures you and DH had before starting the process?
I am a need to know person and can't go into my consult knowing nothing!!

honestly the IVF consult was a piece of cake. Dr Scholl went over our history & all the tests we had done ahead of time. Then he spoke to us about what our protocol would be in terms of procedure. We dicussed timing & since we had no IVF coverage, he went over the NYS Grant. Usually after your consult then, they call you & let you know if you have been accepted into their program but for us, Dr Scholl did it right on the spot.

I didn't have to have any further testing done since I had it all done at their facility before starting IVF. Once we got the OK for the grant, we were on our way. So I think from the time of our consult until I called to schedule my cycle was about 1 month
