If you could change one thing about your DH's looks
what would it be?
Please if you are happy with all, don't post, nothing he is perfect, and make the rest of us look vain.
DH lets me go after his unibrow, but I am dying to pluck some kind of form into his brow. He has such bushy ones. Even just to trim. But he is scared I will make him into a Gotti.

I would say I would change his nail in general.. both toenails and fingernails..
His fingernails he BITES down SO FAR they gross me out  and his toenails, lets not even go there

his teeth- he had flipped over his bike as a child and had his jaw wired shut, but his teeth are still in pretty bad shape.

Definitely the eyebrows. They are out of control.

His unibrow, but I convinced him to get it waxed for our wedding and now he's addicted! He'll kill me if he finds out I let this one out of the bag!

I would have to say his nasty-a rse Feet!!! They are so disgusting! His feet are dry and his toe nails are yucky!!!
Every now and then I will use my drill bit (the one they use at the nail salon) and sand his feet down. SMOOOOOTHE!!!! Must be Love!! This only happens around twice a year!

It's so funny you said that...I convinced my DH to get it done was well (it's funny, the salon called it "detailing" for men); anyway, after that experience he said he'll never do it again...What a baby!

Well, his eyebrows tend to get bushy. I call it the "mad scientist" look. But I have to say that he's gotten better. Now when he gets a haircut, the barber trims them, as well as nose/ear hair. Gotta love that barber!!!
He also has a beer belly. I call him my buddah baby!!!!
