anyones DH work at night/graveyard shifts?

my DH is a cop. he works from midnight to 8 in the morning. i have ot say that i love thoses tours. i dont mind sleeping by myself bc i am a bed hog,i need complete silence while falling a sleep and i truely need my space while sleeping. however hes off two day's a week and i find myelf having insomnia when he sleeps home. even his breathing keeps me up LOL ( he doenst snore but he breathes loud) does anyone have difficulty sleeping next to DH on his days off.

My DH doesn't, but I have problems sleeping next to him every night.

I posted about this a few weeks ago. I am exactly the same way. I fall asleep much easier the nights DH works over the nights he is home. He is going to be home for a while now we thing, and it's going to kill my sleep!!

DH is a fireman and when he works nights and isn't home, I usually sleep fine. When he's home and snoring, it's tough to sleep sometimes. He doesn't snore all the time, but when he's stuffy it's soo bad, so the other night I was up all night. I kept hitting him and finally he went on the couch. The next night when he wasn't home I slept like a baby! But when he's not snoring I'm fine. I'm usually the kind of person that can sleep through anything, but since I've been pregnant I wake up a lot more often.

DH runs a restaurant so he usually comes in at 3. I am in a dead sleep, sometimes woken up for a little while but right back asleep. I get so much done the nights that he is working. When he is home, cooking takes forever, I ususally don't lay out my clothes for the next day...
