Fert report
I had my ER yesterday and got a call from the dr. today. He told me they retrieved 20 eggs and 17 of them fertilized. They told me I have whole litter 
If all goes as planned I will be going in on Thursday at 1pm for my transfer.

I don't want to get my hopes up but I have a good feeling, like I said though, I've had a "good feeling" before and it ending being wrong.
But I'm praying this is it for us  Today I feel like complete crap, really tired and achy. I took my 1st progesterone shot last night and my entire right cheek is beyond soar.
Hopefully it will all be worth it

As far as the PIO shots - I would ice the area beforehand. And after the shot it is suggested you use a heating pad (I never did cuz they didn't bother me so much) and/or massage the area.
But I have a big ole butt so maybe that's why they didn't hurt me...

good luck...actually usining ice for me was NOT good. It hurt more, and DH said that the cold made the oil made it more difficult.
I used a wet towel and put it in the microwave to heat it up, and it was painless. DH said the heat made the oil go in more easy

Thanks for the advice!
I just bought a heating pad and am hoping tonight's shot will be less painful and tomorrow I'll be a lot less sore. I actually think this entire process has caught up with me today. I am SOOooo exhausted and all I want to do is sleepppp.
