Cat Question

I know I've seen this on LIW before, but I couldnt find it.. does anyone know where I can get those plastic caps for cats nails? I am thinking of getting them, because one of my cats is VERY playful and keeps going after the babies feet.... I am just worried that if I am not right there, something may happen and DH will make me get rid of them...
Thanks!

OMG thank you so much! Can you tell me about them? Do your cats mind wearing them? Do they try to take them off? Do they seem uncomfortable? Also it says that they are glued on, how long do they stay on for? what happens when the cats nails grow?
TIA

They are these little plastic pieces in the shape of the claw, you put glue in the tip and then place the plastic piece on the claw.

My cat doesn't even seem to notice that he has them. He has not tried to take them off at all other than his normal "scratching", only now his claws have plastic on them and can't scratch.

I put them on him about a month ago and just yesterday I noticed that one had fallen off, so I put a new one on. They're supposed to last 4-6 weeks.

I only put them on the front paws.

Re: Cat Question

Yup Petco does sell them. I think they were like $20.00. I found them in the front by the registers but didn't buy them bc I cant get close enough to my cats paws before she tries to claw my eyes out!Chat Icon
