Christening gown WAY TOO BIG
So, I bought a christening gown from Forever Young when they were having that great retirement sale, several months before she was born (I actually bought a boy's and girl's since I didn't know what I was having) and now that she is here and is being baptized in 2 weeks, I figured I better try it on her. Well, it is soooooooo big on my poor little thing!!! The neck hole hangs down to her shoulders, and the bonnett covers up her eyes. I brought it to a tailor to have it taken in. They said that they aren't even sure if they can do it successfully, but that they will try. If they can do it, it will be about $80!!! I told them to go ahead and try, since buying a new one would cost more than that anyway. I just hope they can do it. I love the one I bought!!

Right, the obvious way to handle this is to give the baby as much food as possible over the next two weeks to bulk her up! Failing that, make a body cast out of duct tape and keep adding on to it until the gown fits. No one will notice your baby's grey metallic body.
Hope that helps!
