Dh says that i can't go see it because i'm pregnant. Is it true that pregnant woman can't watch scary movies?

We just watched the Shining - and even though I've seen it a hundred times it scares me every time!
I am a huge horror fan - there is no way I'm not seeing scary movies until I give birth...
Now, if he said your not seeing it because its the stupidest title a movie has ever had, that would be another story!

If there is some rule that pg women shouldn't watch them, I won't be abiding by it. Sounds ludicrous to me. Just don't watch them if you are having morning sickness....When I was in my morning sickness stage, I'd start gagging at any grosteque scenes.
DH and I watched "The Descent" last weekend. I'd recommend it if you are a fan of horror flicks.
