cramping in or around the 2nd trimester

I have been having cramps on a daily basis this week. I am 15 w. 4 d. today. They are not bad or debilitating (although the 1st one was), just uncomfortable. I feel them in my lower abdomen mostly.

Is this normal??

I changed the water in my office water cooler on Tuesday and I am not sure if that caused this or if its just a normal part of pregnancy. I have felt so great overall- I am not sure what is normal and what isn't. I called my doctor but htey aren't in yet. I have an appointment on Monday morning- but I am still concerned.

I am having them bad too...daily. I am 22 weeks. I called my doctor last week and she said it was normal and that I should just relax more etc. I had just had an u/s and it was fine, so she said it was growing pains. I see her again tonight...so I'll see if she says anything different.

Mine are a cross betweeen menstrual cramps...and too many situps!

Yes I posted a bout this the other day. I am 13 weeks and have the same thing. I was told it is normal and cause by stretching and growing.
