we're doing a BBQ that weekend for my duaghters' Christening....

burgers
hot dogs
marinated chicken
potato salad
pasta salad
probably sauteed veggies (sister is a vegetarian)
baked beans in the slow cooker
a giant tossed salad
usual chips and stuff

marinated steak tips....mmmm....

a melon salad in a watermelon rind (you can make cute ones, we do a cute pig one!)

make your own taco bar?? (its different and not that hard!)

I love corn on the cob!
But for large parties (like 12 or more) I find that its a pain in the azz to worry about along with all the other stuff.

do you have any secret short cuts? or how to make corn on the cob for about 24 people? LOL

Snacks
- Bacon ranch dip with Fritos
- Spinach dip with Veggies
- Onion dip with Chips
- Taco cream cheese dip with tortilla chips
- Salsa with tortilla chips

Dinner
- Hamburgers
- Hotdogs
- BBQ chicken
- Sausage
- Pasta Salad
- Potato Salad
- Taco Salad
- Macaroni Salad
- Baked Beans
- Green salad
- Deviled eggs
- Three Bean Salad

Desserts
- Fruit salad
- Ice Cream Cake
- Crumb cake

That's how I always make them at a bbq - very easy to do but messy to peel.
