Big step for me tomorrow....
I know I sound like such a moron
I am finally get out tomorrow - and leaving Connor with DH for a good chunk of the day for the first time. DO I feel guilty leaving them? Sure..but I know I really, really need some time out.
I also saw this as the perfect opportunity for DH to invite his mother over to spend some quality time with him and the baby - and I don't have to be there.
So I'm going to get a manicure & pedicure and then taking my Mom out to lunch to thank her for all her help lately.

I remember my first trip out (it was only to Babies R Us). I was worried DH would screw up the baby and at the same time I thought about getting on the LIE & than taking 95 down to the Keys.

Have fun! I leave Ava with JT all the time. Why not? He's her father and he leaves her with me all the time, so shouldn't it work the same the other way around? Enjoy yourself!
