Diet Soda (diet coke pepsi)
I have had almost no soda since Saturday and I actually feel better... and I have not had any equal / S&L / or anything in my tea or coffee....coincidence????

Could be the caffeine. Awhile ago when I gave up caffeine I was like a whole new person.

I gave up soda and fake sugar- mostly crystal lite
I immediately felt great and stopped getting these stomach aches where I was doubled over in pain

I agree. Could be the caffiene. I have been on a water, seltzer kick for about a month now and feel great.
