Life Insurance
How many of you have life insurance outside of what your job provides.
If so, what type and how much?
I was thinking of getting a small policy since my job doesn't have any...

I have individual policies as well as group term through work. I really think having life insurance is very important. There are a lot of factors that go into deciding what type and how much insurance you should get.

We have a universal life policy on DH. We got what we thought would be enough for me to be able to pay off the mortgage and get through a few months to figure out what I was doing, get the kids set up in daycare (if needed), find a job, etc. It was weird thinking in those terms, but what we needed to do.
