What is your child's favorite character?
Emily is only 6 months but we are noticing her lighting up specifically at certain characters.
She LOVES LOVES LOVES Elmo. My husband puts it on in the morning while she's playing on the floor so that he can get dressed and ready for work. He says that he'll hear her giggling and squealing from across the apartment whenever Elmo is full-screen on the TV. Plus she has an Elmo doll that she loves.
Then today DH and I were watching some of our Muppet Show Season 1 DVD and every time Kermit came on she went nuts!!! Kicking and laughing and smiling like crazy.
It amazes me that these characters can be so appealing at such a young age. I thought it was Elmo's high-pitched voice but Kermit's voice is so different.
What characters do your kids love and what ages are they??

Michael is a few days shy of 16 months and his all time favorites are Elmo and Ernie! He also likes Cookie, but the first two are his FAVORITES! He even does the Ernie laugh!

Gianna is almost 18 mos. and she LOVES Ernie and Elmo. She also went nuts for Kermit! She is starting to like JoJo, too.

He recently only started with this - but the Baby Einstein Dog and Dragon. He is 14 months.
Lol- about Kermit - my son likes him too but I think he thinks he is the BE Dragon. He roars at him like her roars at the Dragon.

Well, he's not a character, but he loves Joe or Steve on Blue's Clues. He cracks up everytime they come one.
He is terrified, however, of the Baby Einstein inchworm that comes out before the video.

Nate loves Elmo. He got dancing Elmo for Christmas and it terrifies him when it dances. But as long as it's not moving he plays with it.

my oldest daughter loved Elmo, Barney and Big Bird
My middle daughter could't stand any of them ,she just loved her baby dolls right from the beginning!
