gift card or not?
im going to a baby shower and was thinking of giving a gift card instead of something off the registry. i know, like after the shower that i had, it was good to have the gift card for things we thought of after then fact and what not.
who thinks i should just stick the registry and who thinks a gift card is good?

i think a gift card is good because what ever she does not get she can use the giftcard its the thought that counts she will appreciate what ever you get her.

I voted gift card. My shower was a year ago and I am still using my gift cards. I am so happy that I have them, I think they are a great gift!

SInce I just had my shower last weekend... I would say stick to the registry...
I put only the things I needed on my registry...so everything there was a must!!!
However...I did get a couple gift cards to where I registered... and then I went and bought whatever everyone didnt buy off the registry...
I think your good either way...but if you go the gift card way..I would def. get one to where she is registered!

I would definitely do the gift card
While the person will always appreciate the registry gifts, the card is good for what she DOENS"T get and maybe some extras that she never thought of .. GC always comes in handy, I know I LOVE 'EM
