For me, it's usually .1 increase for each drink.
So its no biggie for just one.

Sunday morning my temp was 96.93 (which is very low for me) - I had one beer at dinner and Monday morning temp was 97.23. I guess it is not way off. I wasn't sure if I need to disregard that temp

If it doesn't effect your coverline at all, I wouldn't worry about it.
In a few days if it looks like that temp is the odd man out, then go ahead and disregard it.
