at what age did you stop giving baby food?
and mostly just giving finger food?

as soon as they have a few teeth to mash food, I'd say about 10-12 months./

Kids are so different - up until Michael was almost 15 months old, he was still getting some jarred food because it was the only way to know he was actually getting enough - eventually he wanted nothing to do with baby food and I mean NOTHING - he doesn't even want anything that LOOKS like baby food - he eats all table food now...

Jack is pretty much on 90% Table Food at nearly 11 months.

Although Andrew took a liking and started table food regularly at about 1 year, I STILL give him jarred baby food every now and then and he's almost 2! Its really only jarred fruits I guess, I mix them in with cereal and oatmeal because that's the way he likes it. I kept jarred food with me at times too when we were on the go, I would say up until he was about 16 months old.

Emily is 20 months old and is eating table food. But, she doesn't like veggies, so she still gets a baby food veggie with dinner usually about four times a week. As long as she is still taking it, I'll still give it to her. I still offer her regular veggies, but she just spits them out. She is easily constipated, so inluding the veggies in her diet is a BIG help.

I could have written this word for word with my first, I have an irrational choking fear   (although I meet moms who are the same as me! )so it was the best thing for ME as well as baby. and he loved it.
Now with #2, he kinda just falls into place of what the rest of us are doing, and I think he's eaten lots more solid sooner.
But Im a later bloomer on this stuff. I was never in a rush to say "my baby doesnt eat baby food anymore"... They were probably ready before I was 
Its really up to your comfort level and how you think the baby chews and handles food.

10 months I believe. Once they get regular food, they didnt want any part of the baby food. I cant blame them.

I still give Andrew jarred fruits and Gerber Graduates and regular food for everything else.

9 months, but that is only because my daughter never was willing to eat more than a few spoonfulls of baby food. If she was willing to eat it, I'd keep on giving it to her -- you can ensure more variety that way!

Same here. Amber loves the Vanilla Custard and some of the fruits (Stage 3) so I keep a few on hand in the pantry. She lets me know when she wants them because she'll bring them to me
