I don't remember specifics, but I think it was like $65 per square (which I think is 10 square feet?) for traditional clapboard siding - - - and more like $130 per square for the cedar-impression siding.
Florence Building Materials is where we get all of our building stuff - call them for a quote. They may be a bit more money than Home Depot - but the product is vastly superior - and the salesmen are very knowledgeable.

We paid someone recently $4000 for siding.
