Someone convince me its okay to take prenatals!
So I get panic attacks and anxiety and I have a reallllllllllllllllllllly big fear of putting any type of pill into my body (even something as simple as Tylenol)... I take an SSRI, and I am afraid to take the prenatals that my dr gave me.... I tried last night, but just couldnt do it... I'm too freaked out... someone please help talk me into this!! ETA- I'm not pregnant yet, just TTC...

lol - a lot of ladies on her post that they take chewable flinstone vitamins (if they had MS and had to go off the vitamins). they are important to take for your little one but if u cant ask your dr if maybe those will do!! then u wont have to swollow them!!

Its not so much the pill... its the anxiety of having foreign stuff in my body... I'm afraid the vitamins are gonna do something to me... I know it sounds ridiculous... I have such a fear of losing control... ugh... I had a few bad experience w/ alcohol and marijuana (sorry if TMI)... but since then I'm so afraid how my body will react to anything put into it...

talk to your dr - maybe there are certain foods that u can eat everyday that will make up for whats in the vitamins. some poeple cant take them so i wouldnt stress it too much!!!

I take flintstone vitamins bc I was throwing up the prenatals...Take those they are fine for the babies growth.

Thanks, I'm so embarrased to even say that I am afraid to take a vitamin.. the rational part of me tells me its ridiculous... but the anxiety just overwhelms me... thanks for the support and nonjudgement!
