hotel recommendations in niagara falls?
ok ladies i need a recommendation for a georgeous place - one with an in room jacuzzi the whole nines - so who's been to the most wonderful place they would definately go again 
inquiring mes want to know LOL

Friends of our stayed at Fallsview (I think that was the name) but it's on the Canadian side of the falls and it was beautiful. It also has a casino

We just went to Niagra this past September and stayed at the Marriott Fallsview on the Canadian side

What a gorgeous room -- we had an amazing view of the falls. I would suggest you request a high floor (above floor 13) The view is better the higher you are! At night the falls are lit up and that view was sooo worth it
It was wonderful and romantic. We had the jacuzzi in our room, the whole nine yards
From the back of the hotel you could take a short walk and you were right there at the base of the Horsehoe Falls
I will say it was pretty EXPENSIVE and parking costs are ridiculosly high as well.. but ALL of Niagra is soo overpriced, so be ready for it! We went to the TGIFriday's right in the hotel and spent more money for the 2 of us (w/out drinking) that you could imagine!
We were right next door to the Niagara Fallsview Casino... the new casino, its really pretty. There is also the Casino Royal that is a shuttle away. down in the Clifton Hill area. The hotel provides free shuttle service to quite a few locations, which I would also suggest since taking our your car every day only turns into more of an expense

we are preparing for the big hit to the wallet - we're figuring about $250 - 300 a night for wherever we end up - is that pretty close?
as for places to eat - i have a friend up there so we'll be eating at her house LOL

i completely agree about the expeses, flee. we went to denny's, yes, denny's for b-fast the first morning we got there and it was $40!!!! for eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast we were shocked!! and the tgi fridays was the same....but if you drive a little bit away from the tourist area its much cheaper

Change your money over ASAP!!!!! It gets expensive up there!
I remember we were hungry when we first got in and I had a slice of pizza and a soda and it was $9 (american)!

well finally found a place we both could agree on and it is a B&B so breakfast is free - and she is giving us a fantastic discount because we are staying a whole week
