I know there are a few Westchester-area ladies here...I need a rec for

a regular doctor and an OB/GYN, preferably in the uppper W'chester area. There is NO ONE in Putnam who takes my insurance but I'd be happy with someone halfway between my job and my house.

Tracy, I can and would definitely recommend my OBGYN .. .I love her. But she is in Bronxville .. is that too far for you?

My SIL also goes to a great OBGYN in the Bronxville area, a man (depending if you prefer a man or woman). He delivered her son and she adores him

I have United Healthcare and my doctor is pretty good at accepting *most* insurances...

I do know that my SILs best friend goes to a doctor in Northern Westchester, I think Mt. Kisco .. associated with Northern Westchester hosp(I could have this info wrong.. they live on the border of Peekskill).. maybe that would be a little more convenient for you? I can check if you'd like

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with a PCP .. I go to a doctor in NYC for that. I was going to someone in Eastchester for a bit, but her hours weren't the greatest so I had to switch

Thanks Felicia- I will FM you. Bronxville might work, depending on what hospitals she's affiliated with. Someplace between work and home would be best, I think. I am more concerned with finding an OB/GYN right now since we are TTC- I'd rather go for a checkup first.
