I heard it is amazing and can change your life.

I haven't heard of it, but if you look on Amazon, there are usually reviews by people who have read the book. I have found them helpful in the past. If it's a well-known book there will probably be a lot.

I read it and to be honest, it sounded like a GREAT theory, I can totally see how it works, but it was VERY hard for me to apply anything written into my life. It takes true dedication and want to read it, understand it ( it was not an "easy " read) and then focus on making changes. But I do often think about it and do use some things I read, so for that reason alone , it was worth it.
