I'm with you on that! she has the IQ of a sponge. I saw her on Live w/Larry King a while back and I was SO SO embarrassed for her! she's a complete MORON! she couldn't answer the simplest of questions  she had her attorney there by her side and he took over the entire interview.

She should get every last nickel.
I think her husband knew exactly what he was doing when he married her. I also believe that he promised her a portion of his estate. If he was willing to give her a fortune for whatever she was willing to do, that's his/her business. You can call it legalized prostitution, but they were legally married.
Because you are related to someone does not entitle you to an inheritance. The son, because he tampered with the inheritance, committed forgery & fraud should get, as Willie Wonka once said "so you get nothing! You lose! Good day sir!"

Its been a while....BUT the fight was just ruled on by the supreme court.
(as if the supreme court has nothing better to do).

I don't think I care one way or another. If he knew what he was doing then give her the money. If there was something shady about it and she ends up w/the money then she has to deal with that on her head.

I thought he didn't include anything for her? 
In the article:
"Although he lavished gifts and significant sums of money on Vickie during their courtship and marriage, J. Howard did not include anything for Vickie in his will," Ginsburg wrote.
If he did include her in the will though, then yeah, I agree, she should get it. It was his money, he decided how to divy it up. Not for his son to decide.

I always thought he had left her his money in his will? Isn't that what the whole debate is about? I say if he put her in his will, then just give her the freaking money and maybe she'll finally get out of the public eye. And if he didn't put her in the will, then just ship her back to whatever stripper farm she came from and let another old rich guy have a chance at buying her. Again...to keep her out of the freaking public eye
