Sono Question
The last sono I had was at 21 weeks and was told that the next time I will get one is at 36 weeks
Is this normal??

yeah its normal. the only reason i'm having a 3D sono next wk is because Im paying for it and going someplace else to have it done

I had one at 20 weeks and won't get another one unless I go past my due date. I think it's normal. My doctors don't believe in doing more than the 20 week unless there is some kind of problem. although I would have LOVED to have gotten to see my little guy more often!

I had an initial sono to confirm the pregnancy, then I had my Level II at 20 weeks, and then my doc now routinely does one at 30 weeks to get estimates on weight and size. I was so surprised today when I got to see my girl in 3-D! I most likely won't get another one, unless we need to see if she is still breech further on down the line.

My doctor only does 1 at 10 weeks and then 1 at 20 weeks, unless he thinks something is wrong, baby is breech, etc.

I had to beg for my last one. I will be getting one at 39 weeks to check weight/positioning. Otherwise my office doesn't believe in the 36 week one
