Milk Question
How many of you drink milk or chocolate milk to get your source of calcium?

I drink Stoneyfield Organic FF milk and eat Stoneyfield Organic FF yogurt for calcium. I also take Tums for heartburn which has calcium in it too.

I am in love with chocolate milk at the current time I also drink regular milk, and eat yogurt/cheese for calcuim.

I was told that chocolate milk was not good because it has caffeine in it. Is this true?

It does, but my doctor said it's OK as long as I watch any other chocolate, soda, coffee, etc. that I'm taking in...he said it's all in moderation!

I really have a hard time getting a glass of milk down, I always have, unless its wish a nice piece of chocolate cake, which I cant eat because of the caffeine lol. So i eat a yogurt a day, sometimes two and I also find myself taking tums daily because it settles my stomach when i am nauceous (sp?).

I never liked milk or drank it much... I get my calcium from daily calcium supplements, cheese and other foods.
