Painting Question

I think I am going to purchase this bedding set. What color should I paint the walls. I was think the blue color on one wall and then a tan color on the other. But I am not sure how that would look. I also have curtains in the brown color in the bedding set.

Thank you,
Bridget

Re: Painting Question

Beautiful bedding!!

I like the idea you have going. The blue and tan would look nice.

Re: Painting Question

I like the idea of an accent wall...I'm just not so sure about painting based on the bedding. What if you get bored and want to change to something red?

I would paint the entire room a neutral color in the brown/beige family.

I agree, we have so many different types of bedding, one for winter, one for spring etc. So I would go a neutral color for painting the walls, For blue accents I would do the curtains, pillows, and maybe a throw rug. These are things you can change easier than wall paint.

Really beautiful set, were did you find it?

Re: Painting Question

I wouldn't do an accent with the blue - I think it will take away from the bedding, which is beautiful.

Maybe an all beige with the wall behind the headboard being a chocolate fudge brown color............

Re: Painting Question

Thank you for all your opinions. I found the bedding at Macys. I might do two colors in the tan family, one accent wall.
