I tried it all....
WW, NS, diet after diet, and nothing worked "great"for me. I hate to feel restricted in what I eat, makes me want to cheat. So 2 weeks ago I decided I am gonna eat smaller portions, go to the gym and snack on healthier things like apples and grapes. Well I weighed myself today and I lost almost 6lbs!!!
I've been going to the gym 4 days a week, doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and light weight training and then another 30 mins on the precor. I feel great, I am toning up the post preggie belly and all the other jiggly things that werent there before I had my son.
This weight loss is what motivates me to try harder. With N/S I lost 2lbs in 3 weeks, such a total letdown. WW I lost 10lbs in 4weeks but it just came back as soon as I ate a meal.
I'm hoping to be down 15lbs by my sons 1st birthday in march and (God willing) 25lbs by July 8th.

You have the right idea! There's no need to diet, just reduce your calories and exercise. Congrats and keep up the good work!
