OMG...how quickly can a diaper rash show up??
DH changes Cassidy's diaper at 11:30, and I changed her at about 1:20. She had a TERRIBLE diaper rash!!!...it even bled a little when I cleaned her She had poop, which maybe I didn't smell right away because I'm sick and can't breathe...but now I feel like the worst mother ever

Welcome to my world!! The *same* thing happened the other day w/ my 7 month old! I've been sick all week and didn't notice he pooped... needless to say, today is the FIRST day in 3 that his tush looks like it doesn't hurt him.

The same thing happened to us this weekend.
I wiped him with Witch Hazel, Blow Dry then Triple Paste from CVS ($26.50)

It can show up easily with in a few hours. If bad mothering had to do with diaper rashes, we would all be guilty of it.
