Spa recommendations
Besides Maximus, can anyone recommend a spa in Nassau county. Its for my sister - who lives in Great Neck. Its her birthday and I wanted to get her something special since she is a new mom and she has been so helpful to me during my pregnancy. Any suggestions?

Nordstrom is my favorite! I also love Rain Day Spa in Woodbury and Joseph Christopher in Long Beach or Bellmore/Merrick.

Sounds like they may not check their credentials very well.

Love Joseph Christopher in Long Beach. I have had massages and manicures there- I swear it's the best manicure I've ever had.

I don't think it was the red door salon. Actually I would recommend that place (garden city location) I go there and all the people I know who go there all loved it.
I would also recommend Nordstroms

A nail salon in Carle Place also had a guy accused of doing that. I'm pretty positive Red Door had one too. This was like over a year ago I think.
I have to keep up on these things, ya know?

In Great Neck there is a spa Franco Spagnola. I can't remember the rest of the name, but it is wonderful spa.
