Bday gift for a 6 yr old boy?
What do 6 year olds play with these days? I have no kids and am definatly at a loss with this one. Thanks!

Little 6 year old boys love playing with hotwheel cars. anything to do with there favorite superheroes. elmo, barney if they are still into that i know my nephew was at that age at the time. games.

Do you know anything this boy likes?
My nephew loves cars, spiderman & batman.
My friends son loves anything with regards to any animal.
Another friend's son love dinosaurs.
Does he have a game boy - maybe a game for that?
Is the father a fan of any particular team...the boy would probably like something that daddy has like a giants jersey, etc.
I am not really a fan of giving little kids money/gift card unless it's a savings bond. You could always get a gift receipt if it needs to be exchanged.

My son is 6 and he loves to play with his gameboy. He also likes to play with his leapfrog (learing game). If he has any of these, you can buy him games for it, of course age appropriate.
He is also into batman, spiderman...I guess any superhero. So any toys that relate with superheros would be good.

We buy a $5 toy and give cash whenever we have a child's Bday party to go to.
