EWWWW...We caught a mouse!
We had mice a couple of months ago. We caught 2 but hadn't seen any for a long time so we assumed there were no more. Last night, DH kept complaining he smelt something. Well, today, I spotted a tail coming out of the trap. Who knows how long it was there??? (insert puke emoticon)

ugh!! HATE mice!! we had a problem with them too a few months ago... we noticed " evidence" of them , so we set traps...
well, at 2:30 AM the dog wakes up and is growiling this low growl... he NEVER wakes up during the night... so i work DH up, and hes like " i hear something in the kitchen!" turns out, the trap had only caught the mouses foot, and the mouse was running around the kitchen with the trap attached to it!!! luckily, we had a box and were able to catch it in there and get it out of the house... but UGH! so gross!

Luckily we have a cat to catch mice. We haven't had any for a while, but I'll never forget fixing myself some breakfast one morning and turning around to see kitty bring me with a DEAD MOUSE!! At first I thoughti t was one of his toy mice, but then I realized it had arms, and his toy mice don't have arms!

We had a mouse in our old apartment and I locked myself in the bathroom when FH found it in the trap. Just the thought of it freaked me out

The kids and I moved out of my house for 1 weks after we found some mice poop. I literally packed them up in 10 min and we stayed with my parents for the entire week. Once we knew the mouse was caught and there was no other activity we came back, but I slept with the lights on for weeks. alwasy remember hearing that of you have 1 you have at least 20!!! (unless of course it is one that your cat brought in), but if they make their way into your home by themselves that means others have definitely followed. Yuck!! Sorr if I freaked anyone out, but that is what the exterminator told us, if you have 1 it usually means he brought his immediate and extended family as well

Glad it was caught! I have such a fear of rodents... I wouldn't be able to sleep knowing there are mice.
