What's goiing on with my temps?
Please take a look and let me know what you think? So diferent than last month. Here are some things I've done differently...
1) started taking evening primrose oil this
cycle (took one right before bed last night)
2) Wednesday night had a dinner engagement and had 2 glasses of wine (would only 2 glasses make my temp rise?)
3) Last night shoveled snow (would that cause the drop - ok I know it's a bit of a stretch  )I took my temp 3 times and a 4th time with a reg thermometer. I thought maybe mine was broken when I saw only 97.0
I just never had so dramatic temp changes.
Good news I got a high on my monitor today - maybe I'm O'ing early (usually CD 19 -20, today is CD 12)

Strange!!
I honestly dont know why the big dip, could be so many things but I would def BD later just incase.
I guess it could of been the shoveling...
How do you feel today? maybe its a cold or an infection ( sometimes temps can go down with those things too)
Im gonna be interested tomorrow to see what happens.

I think it is definitely normal to have a dip right before you O....your temps seem fine to me- mine jump around like that....but always SOMEWHERE in the 97s before O and SOMEWHERE in the 98s after O.
If I have more than one glass of wine my temperature is ALWAYS higher- two glasses effect me.

Thanks ladies. I just never dipped before O before, plus I'm O'ing REALLY early if that's the case.
How soon after your temp dip do you O?

well today could be O day with the dip.
If your temps go up now 3 days in a row it means you are O'ing today.
If you look at other charts on FF the day of the dip is the day FF says they O.

that would be awful if today is O day. I haven't BD'd at all since AF!!!! I'm not prepared for this. I have 7 days before I normally O and my monitor only has me on high. Let's hope I still have some time.
