Another milk dry up question?

My Dr. told me to wear a really tight sports bra and put ice on my breast......so my question is...How long should I be wearing this sports bra for? It is so friggin tight....I feel like my boobs are going to get deformed....and it is such a project to put on and take off....it reguires 2 people.

I wore the sports bras for many weeks - it felt the most comfy for me when it was painful. I would wear them for as long as you are in pain. If I remember correctly the aches and pains are only a few weeks - the leaking took much longer to stop but I could wear a normal bra when the pain was gone...but I would still use the sports bra alot because it held the nursing pads in better and didn't want to ruin my bras.
