UGH DH is home sick with a 101.5 fever
I have to stay away from him, I cant afford to get sick. Im 38 weeks as of yesterday and scared if I go into labor he cant be in the room since he has a fever. Went to the doctors today zero dialation. But im worried about DH hes had a fever for two days. The doctor gave him amoxicillian as they think he has a bacteria infection. I slept in the guest room last night it was soo nice to have the whole bed to myself but feel bad everytime I hear him cough and sneeze. Im so worried about catching his cold.

I would defintely stay away from him. They say our immune systems are lower now that we're pg so I think you are smart in sleeping in the guest room. If he's on antibiotic he shouldn't be contagious in a day or two.

He's still not feeling well? He'll be ok, just please make sure you stay away from him, and if he uses the phone, make sure to wipe it down with something. And I am SHOCKED that you are not dilated yet! One of us has to win this bet one of these days!

Sorry to hear that Corinne. I am sure he will feel better soon and be fine for when your little girl gets here.  Just make sure you don't get sick!
Looks like I am in the club with you as far as dilation goes.. nothing for me either and the Dr said the baby is still up high. But we still have 2 weeks to go- and that feels like a long way away!

my fil is taking him to the doctors tomorrow to get checked again as his fever dropped to 99.5 today but all he eats is soup and drinks gaterade and juice. im going to pamper myself and get a mani pedi while hes at the doctors tomorrow. yeah no dialation this stinks. the baby dropped slightly but they doctor said she is going to drop alot more. two more weeks of keeping her well fed for now.

Lysol!!! Spray it everywhere! My sister swears by the stuff and has had me using it for years. Anytime one of us is ill I spray it and wipe everything down with the Lysol wipes and 9 out of 10 times DH and I usually do not get what the other has and if we do it's only a very mild version of it. I hope and pray you stay well and that DH feels better soon

i bought the lysol wipes and have been wiping down everything he hasnt really gotten out of bed and we have seperate bathrooms we are using. im trying to make as little contact as possible with him glad his father is taking him to the doctors tomorrow dont think its smart for me to be in a doctors office with sick people.

We do the same, sleep seperatley when ill and use seperate bathrooms, it helps
