Acid in Throat
The past few days I feel like I have acid in my throat. I know late in pregnancy they say you may feel full faster, but has anyone heard of this or experienced acid in their throat?

Oh yes! I had it something fierce at the end of my pregnancy. I was allowed to take Pepcid which really helped.

my dr recommended Mylanta liquid instead of tums, its a bit stronger, so far it seems to work

I was popping tums ALL the time! I had the worst heart burn and acid reflex ever! Then when I saw all her hair when she was born I knew why.

Don't abuse the tums, I seem to remember someone here about a month ago or a little longer who got kidney stones because of the calcium in tums while preggo.
It's ok to have tums but don't over do it.

What's helped me is just eating very tiny meals throughout the day, and not eating too late at night. Exercise has helped move things along too

I had some minor acid reflux during the pregnancy. Unfortunately tums didn't help me. Nothing really did.

That's me every Day. I am living on AntAcid. Its the worst feeling ever. The other night I was up all night...and I had to work the next day...I was miserable...
