What can I do with turkey cutlets.....
I do not want to fry them. any suggestions?

You can bake them. I usually just put them on a grill pan on top of the stove with very little oil.

I "bread" them in grated parmesean cheese (DH is no-carbing it), bake them and melt some mozzarella cheese on top. For me, I heat up some tomato sauce to pour on top. Kind of like chicken parm.
