um....that looks more like a house to me than a duplex apt.

Well this duplex apartment is located in Rockton IL
and that's about an hour & a 1/2 from Chicago
Oh I forgot to mention: it is 2,000 SQ FT
and it has 3 bedrooms and 3 FULL bathrooms & a sunken den & a 2 car gargagew/a porch and deck too!! we are probably moving in the 1st of November or so. Around that date

It's actually called a Duplex apartment in a regular community, not a complex apartment community.
