1+ year old moms-Sleep Question
When you put your child down for a nap or for bed at night how long does it take them to fall asleep? There are tons of times I put Miranda up to go to sleep and she doesn't cry but she will be awake for 20 or more minutes. Just wondering if anyone else's baby is like this.

Re: 1+ year old moms-Sleep Question
Yes, sometimes it takes her a while to fall asleep. Yesterday, for example, she decided to start picking at the fuzzies on her blanket and putting them in her mouth. (I watched from the video monitor). She did that for about 15 minutes and then fell asleep. I guess it just takes them some time to wind down enough to fall asleep.

yep- Bryan plays around in his crib for about a half hour before he falls asleep. I put him in a little earlier than his nap time to allow for the xtra time it takes for him to wind down.

With the pacifire she's out in like 2 seconds but now that we are trying to get rid of it I have a feeling it is going to be a lot longer!
It took her 4 minutes to fall esleep on her first nap today and about 15 on her 2nd nap without it!
