**YEAH!!** First appt today went well...got to see our little "tadpole"!!
DH and I have grown to call him/her "Tadpole", and we got to see it!!!
I was much more at ease after my appointment. We were told everything looks good, we saw the heart beat, and the size is good. I am 9 weeks and 3 days!! And our EDD is May 8!!! Just in time for Mother's Day!!!
Was given the number of a place I need to go get a Nuchal Translucency w/ Ultra Screen. I was told b/c the machine that does that is more sensitive than the Dr's ultrasound machine, they MAY be able to determine the sex when we go!!! Woo Hoo!!  
I am so happy things went well. Now I just can't wait to share our news with my family, they live out of state and we leave Sat Oct 14 to go see them and tell my parents they are going to be grandparents!!!

I had my first appointment today too and I have the same DUE DATE! From your post, it sounds like we had the same visit. I got referred to a place too for the Ultrascreen as well. With the exception that I already told my family, I could have made your post...
