i helped do it last year, doubt id be able to do it this yr cause im still getting adjusted to my new job and all thats going on, but id def give the info on how to do it to any1 who wants to take charge, its practically the same setup as the ornament swap

hey hun, its not really time consuming, i loved doing it last yr, i just am not on the computer as much so for me to take over might really be hard...
1. announce/define what a secret santa is... so you dont get 14 topics of WHAT IS THE SECRET SANTA LOL
2. Deadline of pple participating to sign up...
3. Have pple fm you their:
LIF Username
First Name
Last Name
FULL Address to either home or work
Answer to questions...
4. YOU, make a list of pple participating..
and then assign each person their secret santa.. last yr i cut up all sn's and literally pulled them out of a hat, and made a list of who got who...
5. FM each person who got who...
6. Make a DEADLINE of when the SS gifts MUST MUST MUST go out...
**Let pple kno that once they sign up, they r OBLIGATED to send a gift unless extreme situations arise..last yr we had pple at the last minute who "forgot" or "couldnt afford it" PLEASE DONT SIGN UP THEN IF U SEE A PROBLEM ARISING...
I didnt do this last yr but if i was doing it this yr id do this to make it easier--- instead of a thread where we list our "fave colors, hobbies things..
Post the questions and have them include those questions in the fm to you with their name and address info...
that way EVERYONE answers the questions fully..and when u fm their ss name u can give them the fave things of their partner 
Just an overview so if whoever does it has questions of course fm me... its really easy and fun, i had a blast last time
