cooks! please help - i need a broccoli recipe
im making dinner tonight- i have a lot of fresh broccoli and im sick if making it steamed and plain - anyone have any easy things to do with broccoli (prefarably low fat and few ingredients) thanks!

Ok, I just replied to this message and now it's not here again. How random.
Like Garlic? Have any fresh cloves handy? If so, slice up as many as you can handle and saute them in oil (I prefer extra virgin.) Add the broccoli, then add salt and red pepper flakes (if you have them and like them). Serve on Pasta. Quick, easy, and delish!

You could make it in pasta in a light garlic and oil sauce. Use low fat chicken stock in lieu of most of the oil for flavor.

that sounds good! fh doesnt eat many carbs - i think the hot pepper flakes and garlic will be great by itself! thanks

cut broccoli into pieces, place on baking sheet drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 15 min. at 400. Then remove and sqeeze fresh lemon juice over it.
