How Accurate are Sono Measurements?
How accurate are the sonogram measurements of the baby? We are 40 Weeks and as of today she is measuring 7 lbs 15 oz - 8 lbs I hear it can be off by more or less about 10 oz - 1 lb.

They can definitely be off.... They told me at 40 weeks that he'll probably be just over 8lbs. Well, he was 10lbs 3oz.

Re: How Accurate are Sono Measurements?
I think some sono technician are better than others. Mine was right on both my kids. She said 9 lbs with my son and he was 9 lb 3 oz and she said 7 1/2 - 8 lbs with my daughter and she was 7 lb, 14 oz.
